Visitors can see this for themselves this weekend at FENCE when the Pony Clubs of the Carolina Region meet for their Com bined Training Rally. One hundred Pony Clubbers from both Carolinas, ages 10 to 18 years, will set up on Thurs day and pursue a busy schedule until Sunday, all with no adult assistance.
